This manual represents the systematized scientific edition containing experimental materials for extrapolating data from different species of animals on man. There is given voluminous material on criteria, used for extrapolation of the results of carrying out purposeful actions by experimental animals on man. There is considered extrapolation of radiobiological dependences as well as peculiarities of extrapolation approaches for the appraisal of radioprotectors efficiency.
Presented concrete materials on morphological, physiological and biochemical parameters of different species of animals in comparison with man are of great interest and can be considered as a guide for physiologists, radiobiologists, radiologists, toxicologists, pharmacologists, specialists in aviation and space medicine, medicine of extreme conditions and for other scientific worker in the field of medicine and biology, that come across the problem of extrapolation of experimental data on man.
The results of this work in the whole give scientific substantiation to researchers for forecasting the degree of reaction manifestation and their temporary parameters (the time of coming effects and their duration in man), as well as accenting attention on the necessity of accounting of qualitative peculiarities of reactions and processes in man, correct conditions of experiment by preventing that way from possible errors.
